The first step in securing lease space off campus is to provide a description of needs and limitations on our New Space Lease Request Form. This form needs to be filled out completely and must be signed by the appropriate Dean or VP prior to our office commencing work on a project. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 512.471.8400.
Other University leasing offices
Our office does not handle leasing of apartments or housing for students. Please see the below links for assistance with on-campus and off-campus housing:
