Our team is here to help your department or school with a wide variety of requests. Please choose one or more of the following forms to fill out and submit to real.estate@austin.utexas.edu, and our team will place your request in queue for review.
The first step is for you to describe your needs from one of the categories below. Please fill out one form for each item needed and obtain approval and signature from the appropriate Dean or VP as soon as possible. The form must be approved prior to our office commencing work on a project

Right of Entry Requests:
For requests to access University of Texas at Austin owned property for purposes such as appraisal, survey, need for any work to be performed in the Right of Way or access needed for adjacent properties, please fill out the Right of Entry Request form and submit to our email address noted above.
